What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Talent and Culture position at Chick-fil-A?
We are looking for a Director of Talent and Culture to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about supporting team members and maintaining a positive team culture.
Your Impact:
- As a member of the Executive Team, you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to help shape and support the talent development culture of the restaurant
- Maintain HR compliance for 100 employees
- Ensure a well staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings as they arise
- Oversee onboarding & new-hire processes
- Maintain all accountability and progressive discipline reports
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
