The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week.
The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.
Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.

As a Front Counter Team Member you will greet guests, take and prepare customer orders on the front counter, maintain cleanliness, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Since you will often be the first person our guests see when coming into the restaurant, we are looking for caring individuals with a fantastic smile! We will teach you everything else you need to know!
