Starting pay based on availability:
Highschool Team Members $11-12.75 hourly
Adult Team Members $14-16.50 hourly
Team Leaders $15-18.50 hourly
Supervisor $19-21.25 hourly ($51,000-56,000 annually)
Director $22-24 hourly ($59,000-64,000 annually)

Overtime is compensated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate, and any variations in these factors will affect the final annual earnings.
