What are the responsibilities and job description for the Opening Assistant Manager position at Chick-fil-A?
We need a leader that can open the store each morning, assess what I needs are ahead of time with catering and team members, communicate thoroughly, if there’s an issue.
- They would have to be available 5-5:30 am to 2 daily. 2 options. Mon -Sat (work 5 of those days, definitely fri and Saturdays. Or just Mon-Fri. There is a pay difference between the two.

Things to note: We will have to start you during normal times of the day to verify you have the skills for this role. Having someone opening and the team relying on you during this time is a huge role. So we need to be able to make sure before we move you to this coveted opening slot. So you will need to show your skills for the first few months during other hours, and then we can move you.
