Positions Available:
- Shift Leaders: Oversee shift operations, manage teams, and ensure quality service.
- Team Leaders: Mentor and guide team members, with a focus on daily operations and upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
- Restaurant Directors: Lead the restaurant with a long-term vision, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities (for Shift Leaders and Above):
- Foster positive working relationships, motivating team members to achieve their best.
- Oversee the training and performance tracking of new team members.
- Ensure high food quality, safety standards, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with fellow leaders to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Handle opening/closing tasks with efficiency and ownership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Experience in a leadership role (restaurant or food service experience preferred).
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-focused mindset.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in an active environment.
