What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Chick-fil-A?

- Must be 16 or older
- Have Availability, including openings/closings and Fridays/Saturdays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift 40 pounds
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Works well in a fast paced environment, has urgency
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic
- Have a positive attitude, and are coachable
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Treats others with honor, dignity and respect
- Be able to work outside if required
- Front of house or drive thru must be comfortable interacting with guests
- Must be comfortable with cash handling and point of sale (cashiering)
- Must be comfortable using Ipad and technology
