Receptionist - CCMS
Job Code: 2025-TC-CCMS-009 Location: Tarrant County CCMS (Hurst) FT/PT Status: Regular Full Time
Position Overview
- Greet callers and direct visitors appropriately.
- Direct callers and visitors to the appropriate staff person and/or department.
- Act as a message center for the office staff by taking accurate telephone messages and maintaining schedules of staff.
- Type correspondence, reports, and data as needed.
- Process incoming mail as directed by supervisor.
- Perform general clerical work and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience as receptionist or performing other secretarial duties.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to perform accurately in high stress situations.
- Demonstrate professional and courteous interaction with all levels of staff.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Frequent sitting;
- Repetitive use of hands; reaching and turning;
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds; light lifting of supplies and materials;
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
