What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Professional Counselor position at Children's Aid Society?
Children's Aid Society is seeking a qualified and compassionate Child Therapist (LPC) at our Chambersburg location, the Frances Leiter Center.
Typical Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, rotating in-office and remote days throughout the week

You Will:

- Provide full-cycle, individual, child-centered therapy including the assessment of the client's mental and behavioral health.
- Complete new client intake sessions, develop individual client goals, and provide ongoing assessments and therapy using art therapy techniques
- Assist in facilitating weekly Incredible Years' program for parents and caregivers in-person and/or virtually
- Complete comprehensive clinical documentation using electronic health records

Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Counseling or similar field from an accredited college or university
- Certificated Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania or eligible (LPC)
- Two years' experience of comprehensive clinical documentation; excellent organizational skills
- Experience using electronic health record systems, like Therapy Notes or similar
