Chiyoda USA, a tier 1 supplier, develops, manufactures, and supplies automotive interior and exterior plastic parts. Technologies used are injection molding, blow molding, paint, and light assembly operations. Chiyoda USA is rapidly changing to adapt to the current and future market. Job Duties:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital for the company. Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, along with matching up and entering all AP invoices, reviewing purchase orders as needed to help resolve any discrepancies between invoices and POs.
- Tracking and managing Certificate of liabilities on vendors, vendor statements and monthly reconciliation on accounting files.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
