Manufacturing Production Operators

Description

We’re looking for a qualified, motivated individuals to join our company as Manufacturing Production Operators.  

As part of our team, you will operate plastic injection molding equipment or will assemble injection molded parts into complete components that are installed in new vehicles.  You need good problem solving and communication skills.

Job Duties

• Follow all Environmental and Safety Rules
• Read and follow Standard Work Instructions
• Verify order and label information
• Visually scan parts for quality defects
• Perform assembly of product as directed
• Trim excess plastic from part as required
• Package parts according to customers requirements
• Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product
• Complete daily production activity log
• Maintain stable mold cycle
• Maintain a clean work area
• Move finished product

Physical requirements

• Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train.
• Perform repetitive motion activities.
• Ability to visually inspect products to quality specifications.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow written work instructions.

We are currently accepting applications for first and second shift positions.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour plus shift differential for second shift.  We also offer additional skill-pay for certain roles up to $3.00 additional per hour.  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required
• Experience is preferred, but not required

Salary : $18 - $19
