What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at City of Coffeyville?
The City of Coffeyville is seeking applications for the position of custodian. Position duties include but are not limited to: full range of custodial duties, light maintenance and cleaning of City Hall, Police Department and Customer Service Center. The position requires occasional heavy lifting, climbing, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. The applicant must have prior experience and knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in building and grounds cleaning and maintenance and must be able to work unsupervised.
Pay dependent upon experience from $12.49-16.36/hr plus benefits. Applicants must meet the City of Coffeyville residency requirements to live within fifty miles of City Hall at 102 W. 7th Street, Coffeyville. Must pass physical exam including drug test and background investigation by Coffeyville Police Department. Clean driving record that meets insurance requirements.
