WATER UTILITY COORDINATOR
Under regular supervision, performs routine clerical, secretarial, and computer support to assist in the Water Distribution/Wastewater Collections Division. Work involves the responsibility for all data entry, project records, inventory, and trouble history records for all required reporting and record keeping. Enters work orders; types memorandums and letters; dispatches crews to trouble calls; records line locates; schedules meetings and appointments; processes payroll; assists the Administrative Assistant Service Center; generates annual reports for work orders; and other duties as assigned. Reports to the Utility Superintendent.
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one to two years of general clerical, computer, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must be a notary public.
Starting Pay Rate: D.O.Q.
Fulltime M.- F. 7:30A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
