JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position processes emergency calls for assistance in an expeditious and accurate manner to best serve the needs of the citizens of Nashua; directs incoming calls to appropriate departments; gives information and directions to the public; maintains required logs; and monitors alert systems. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time rotating shift position – 10 hour days, 14 hour nights – days off in between, and is part of IAFF Local #789. The position has a starting annual rate not to exceed $59,467.
