Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door and retail sales.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Shelbina, MO, and involves regular travel throughout the region.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
