Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as door-to-door and retail sales.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our services.
- Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with prospects and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
