- Performance Based Pay
- Pay Range: $27-$38 per hour plus Service Spiffs (up to $100k per year in earnings)
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
- Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs
- Submit proper documentation of the work performed
- Journeyman License preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of professional residential / commercial experience in plumbing ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct drain and plumbing issues
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
- Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes preferred
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
