Job Summary
Maintains a student caseload encouraging achievement of goals through self-assessment, reflection and connection to campus and community resources, with the goal of graduation. Assists in developing and implementing goals and strategies as an associate professional in academic coaching, transitions programming and orientation, enrollment, retention, persistence, progression, and graduation. Develops, revises and implements recruiting, outreach, and engagement programming. Participates in teams to develop, monitor, and update degree plans, audits, and academic records. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Three (3) years of experience in advising, mentoring, tutoring, student programming or student services in an educational or programming setting.
- Experience working with student populations and recruitment efforts.
- Experience using an early alert/advising system powered by predictive analytics.
