Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee the delivery management process ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement driving continuous enhancement of project management practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
- Manage project portfolios prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize technical expertise in Google Cloud and other cloud technologies to optimize project management processes and tools.
- Drive innovation and improvement within the program management function contributing to the company’s growth and success.
- Possess strong experience in program management delivery management and portfolio & project management within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
- Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to align project objectives with business goals.
