Technical Skills:

· Knowledge of Telecom-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with thousands of applications and their owners/administrators, ow the relationships with the responsible app owners.
· Provide guidance while the owners are completing required tasks, following up on incomplete tasks or information.
· Hand-hold owners who are responsible for several applications and require additional support.
· Be the point of contact, who owns the relationship with the application owners throughout their journey when other resources from our side will be doing deep analysis of the applications in our ecosystem.
· Develop and maintain program plans, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational priorities.
· Define program scope, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
· Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
· Lead and oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
· Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
· Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
· Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and issues.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
· Prepare and present regular program status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
· Facilitate program reviews and meetings to discuss progress, issues, and action plans.
· Communicate program goals, objectives, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
· Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex programs and projects.
· Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and delivering programs on time and within budget.
· Experience with program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
