Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain **two wood-fired boilers**, ensuring safe and
  
  

efficient performance.

• Monitor key operational indicators, including **water levels,
  
  

pressure, temperature, and steam load.**

• Transfer wood fuel from storage to the boiler to maintain optimal
  
  

performance.

• Conduct routine maintenance, including **cleaning tubes and removing
  
  

ashes weekly.**

• Follow detailed written and verbal job instructions to ensure
  
  

compliance with operational procedures.

• Apply **critical thinking and problem-solving** skills to identify
  
  

and address operational challenges.

• Adhere to strict **safety protocols**, utilizing personal protective
  
  

equipment (PPE) while working in a **fast-paced manufacturing

environment**, which includes:

• Moving machinery
• High-speed forklift traffic
• Seasonal environmental conditions
