Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of hotel guest account information through general bookkeeping
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms
- Manage room bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information about available rooms and amenities
- Welcome, check-in, and check out guests, distribute keys, and record credit card information
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in hospitality preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
