General Purpose
We're looking for a Streets Operations Technician to join our team and help keep the City's infrastructure in tip-top shape. As a Streets Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing everything from streets and sidewalks to bridges and drainage systems.
Don't worry if you don't have all the skills yet, we'll train you up to become a journey-level pro in no time! You'll be working alongside other Street Operations Technicians and Specialist who know how to put in a hard day's work and still crack a joke or two.
We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and can handle a little bit of everything. You'll be operating heavy machinery, repairing potholes, and even shoveling snow during the winter months.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; some municipal maintenance experience preferred. Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license. Must obtain a Commercial Driver's License Class "B" within three months of date of hire and maintain during the course of employment. Flagger certification is required within one year of hire and must be maintained during the course of employment. Other applicable certifications may be required at City expense. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
