Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm (2nd shift), with 30-minute lunch and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (3rd shift); rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays. Rotation includes every 3rd weekend off. May change based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
- Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.
- Positions assigned to a long-term care facility in the Department of Human Services require active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
- A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test.
