As a Social Worker 1, you will provide a range of professional social work services, support, and interventions for residents. This involves providing direct social work practices and behavioral management techniques that help residents with emotional or behavioral problems. You will participate in interdisciplinary care plan teams, complete timely psychosocial assessments, implement intervention, and chart documentation following policy requirements and regulations. Your role requires the ability to form positive, constructive relationships while maintaining awareness of the needs and sensitivities of others.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Schedule may change based on operational needs.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in social work or social welfare.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment may require satisfactory completion of a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
