What You’ll Do:
- Dive into the dynamic world of employment support, offering personalized assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in various workplace settings
- Be the voice of empowerment in the workplace, fostering positive relationships and advocating for individuals’ needs and aspirations
- Tackle challenges head-on, utilizing your creativity and problem-solving skills to ensure individuals receive the support they deserve
- Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments, responding effectively to challenges and adapting to changing situations with ease
- Communication: Excel in communication, using your empathy and understanding to effectively advocate for the individuals you support
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including the capacity to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Successful completion of a level II background check
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
