Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support in developing and achieving personal goals, fostering independence and self-confidence
- Engage individuals served in community activities, outings, and social events
- Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and health status
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
