The Community Health Center of Cape Cod offers a rewarding, team centered environment that allows our Nursing staff to work to the top of their licensure level! You will be responsible for the coordination of services and pursuit of excellence in integrated care for our patients. Focus on Patient Education, Assessments, implementing and monitoring care plans and ensuring Quality outcomes.

Experience/Education: Graduate of accredited school of Nursing, BSN strongly preferred, Demonstrated proficiency with EHR, with EPIC a strong plus.. The ideal candidate will also have worked in an outpatient setting and experience working with underserved populations.
Qualifications
Experience/Education: Experienced graduate of accredited school of Nursing, Massachusetts RN license and 2 years experience.
- Knowledge:
- Demonstrates knowledge of clinic policies and procedures
- Attends required staff and team meetings
- Adheres strictly to patient confidentiality and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Demonstrates ability to complete multiple tasks in an environment with competing priorities
- Possesses working knowledge of computer systems and programs (Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.)
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Takes responsibility for awareness of health center communications by check Outlook email on a daily basis and responding as necessary
