Falls Community Health is a community medical and dental clinic for all ages. The goal of FCH is to reduce health inequalities by providing high quality, accessible, and affordable health care. FCH serves patients at four sites: the main site and three school-based sites, and all services are available to residents regardless of their ability to pay.

Minimum Qualification Standards:
- Graduation from a licensed practical nurse program with a current and valid licensure as an LPN in the state of South Dakota.
- Minimum of one (1) year's clinical or hospital nursing care experience preferred; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
- Prior experience with electronic medical record systems is desirable.
Hourly Pay: $22.36 - $24.18 hourly
