As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Avera Morningside Heights Care Center, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care, assessment, and evaluations to residents in your scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
- Comply with pharmaceutical policies and procedures, ensuring medications/treatments are given safely and accurately according to physician's orders.
- Participate in the care planning process and assure that resident care is implemented consistently and appropriate to the age of those served.
- Communicate and manage the delivery of resident care, ensuring quality care is provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Graduate from an accredited school or program.
- 1-3 years Long Term Care experience.
