Schedule: Saturday 8 am-2 pm. Pick up every Saturday or pick your weekend.
Community Horizons is excited to work with 2 amazing community members looking to hire a self-directed caregiver to hang out with on Saturdays from 8 am-2 pm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for extra hours, experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Wage: $17.00/hour
Expected Tasks:
- General housekeeping tasks
- Meal prep and home cooking are a plus!
- Community integration- shopping, bowling, etc.
- Verbal reminders for personal care
Candidate requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (responsible for transporting into the community using your vehicle)
- Caregiver experience preferred
- Good at communication
- Dependable, able to commit to the schedule

Who is Community Horizons

Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
