What are the responsibilities and job description for the VOB Specialist position at Compassion Behavioral Health?
Privé Health Solutions is a premier medical billing company located in Boynton Beach. We are expanding and looking for someone to join our insurance verification team. We are looking for a compassionate and energetic candidate who is well-organized and has a strong work ethic.
You will work with our Admissions and Utilization Review team as well as with our clients. Good communication and writing skills are essential, as are good interpersonal skills. Your abilities, skills, and personality are more important than any previous experience so we will train the right candidate. As we continue to grow, your advancement opportunities will grow with us.
Preferred Qualifications:
Effective communication skills as you will be collaborating with insurance companies, clients, and co-workers.
Problem solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies.
Intermediate computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Acrobat, and willingness to learn different CRMs (Required).
Knowledge of insurance guidelines and other payer requirements is a plus.
Education:
Associate degree (Preferred).
