Act i v ity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
- Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
- Maintain and manage act i v ity attendance calendars.
- Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
- Must be energetic, creative, enthusiastic, empathetic and a team player.
- Computer Knowledge
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Act i v ities and Administrator.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
