Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides exceptional education and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As flex houseparents, married couples reside on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing 8-12 students. They provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Couples are initially assigned to different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

To be eligible, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
