Campground Operations Manager (Seasonal) – Rough River Lake

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hands-on individual to oversee the daily operations of our newly acquired campgrounds at Rough River Lake. This seasonal role is essential in creating a great guest experience while ensuring the campground remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-ins / check-outs
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
- Enforce campground policies and ensure rules are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas (trash pickup, light upkeep)
- Monitor the property and serve as a consistent on-site presence
- Coordinate with ownership and maintenance teams when repairs or issues arise

- Strong communication skills and ability to handle occasional conflict calmly
- Previous campground, hospitality, facility, or park experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
Seasonal role from March through November, with varying hours depending on demand and weekends.
Compensation
Competitive compensation with flexible structure depending on involvement and availability.
Potential on-site housing accommodation may be included as part of the compensation package for the right candidate.
