What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Connect Search, LLC?
A well-established manufacturing company near Lemont has a newly created Accounting Manager role that will report directly to their Controller. This person will be responsible for majority of accounting duties (except for Payroll). This person will oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and be required to be on-site 5 days a week. Please read below for more details!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee both the AP and AR staff
- Assist with GL Accounting duties including bank/account reconciliations, month end close, month end analysis, financial reporting, and more
- Assist the Controller with ad hoc projects
- Assisted in the preparation of the annual audit report including balance sheet, income statement, statement of equity and notes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of GL accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Epicor GL system (A PLUS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
*This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week*
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
