We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and analysis of our external financial statements and regulatory filings. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations (if applicable), and internal reporting standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, legal, and investor relations teams to drive reporting excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements), if applicable
- Coordinate quarterly and year-end audits with external auditors
- Maintain and update internal reporting policies and procedures
- Research and document accounting issues and new pronouncements (ASC 842, ASC 606, ASC 326, etc.)
- Drive process improvements in the financial close and reporting cycle
- Support preparation of board and investor reporting packages
- Partner with technical accounting, tax, FP&A, and operations to ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with special projects such as acquisitions, system implementations, or internal controls reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or MBA a plus)
- CPA required
- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting or technical accounting
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP; SEC reporting experience a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Compensation
$120,000- $150,000 bonus
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
