Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join the team for a 6-story self-storage complex currently under construction in Franklin, TN. This role offers the opportunity for career growth, as the selected candidate will be promoted to a full Site Superintendent role for the next project, with possible future assignments in Nashville, Florida, or other Southeastern U.S. markets.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing daily operations on-site to ensure timely and safe project completion.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure high-quality standards and efficient work flow.
- Maintain communication with the project manager and other stakeholders to report progress, issues, and milestones.
- Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the project remains on track.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and other team members to troubleshoot and solve any challenges that arise.
- Participate in project meetings and help ensure all construction activities align with project goals.
- As the role evolves, take on more responsibility in managing the project independently, preparing for promotion to Site Superintendent for the next project.
