REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years’ experience in inventory control or logistics
• 2 years in administrative or clerical roles
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience using Oracle for inventory and workflow approvals
• Familiarity with repo or transportation vendor coordination
• Ability to lead process improvement in logistics or fleet environments

ROLE IMPACT
- Critical link between operations and logistics
- Ensures the accuracy and visibility of vehicle inventory across platforms and vendors
- Upholds inventory integrity, audits discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement of transportation timelines and audit processes
- Success is measured by accuracy, coordination effectiveness, and adherence to operational standards
KEY DUTIES
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across internal platforms and vendor systems
• Coordinate vehicle pickups, deliveries, and status updates across teams and third-party partners
• Investigate and resolve location mismatches, GPS discrepancies, and transporter invoice issues
• Approve inventory-related workflows and escalations via Oracle
• Generate audit reports and track transportation performance metrics
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Frequent use of keyboard and screen-based systems
• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and fine motor work
• Exposure to outdoor elements (heat/cold) during inspections or transport coordination
• Fast-paced office environment with phone and email communications
