IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Downtown Fort Worth

Type: Contract

Shift Schedule:

• Permanent shift: Must be able to work any shift including nights and weekends.
• Training period: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (First 4–6 weeks)

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a dependable and technically proficient IT

Service Desk Analyst contract opportunity in Downtown Fort Worth. This role is perfect for candidates who bring a solid foundation in IT support, demonstrate a strong sense of independence during overnight hours, and are eager to grow their skills within a collaborative technology team.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with Windows desktop/laptop systems
• Provide support for Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
• Conduct incident triage and document resolution using established SOPs
• Utilize enterprise tools for system imaging, deployments, and endpoint management
• Serve as a first point of contact for network and telecommunications issues
• Collaborate with internal IT teams for advanced escalation support
• Maintain clear, concise documentation on service requests and resolutions

What You Bring:

• 6 months of IT support experience in a service desk or call center environment
• Excellent communication skills with a user-focused approach
• Strong foundational knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
• Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight hours
• EPIC software experience is a plus
