Helpdesk Technician 1
85% Work from Home - 15% Onsite, Must be in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.
Are you someone who loves helping customers and enjoys solving all kinds of problems? Are you a team player whose first question is "How can I help?"
What this role will entail:
- Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Walk the customer through the troubleshooting process
- Follow up and update ticket status with customer information
- Identity and suggest possible improvement on procedures

- Diligent with note taking
- Passionate about customer service
- CompTia A and Network certifications are a plus!

Our total compensation and benefits for this role includes:
- Salary is based on experience, drive and the value you can bring to the company: and is in the range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Ascension plan if applicable

Our hiring process:
