What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Systems Manager position at Creative Circle?
Our travel and hospitality client is seeking a Content Systems Manager to work with their team.
This is a 40 hour/week, 4-month contract opportunity with the possibility for extension and/or conversion.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week onsite (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) in Woodland Hills.
The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades with a background spanning coding, content management, SEO and analytics. You're curious, adaptable and eager to learn new platforms and technologies. You
MUST HAVE:
-3 years of relevant content management experience
-Proficiency using Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence, Jira, and DAM platforms (preferably Media Valet)
-Strong understanding of content architecture (e.g. custom post types, structured content models)
-Experience managing multimedia content (video, images, and written content)
-Strong understanding of coding and the development workflow and process
-Experience working in Agile methodologies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Report to Sr. Manager, Content Systems
-Partner closely with content and development teams to build new or modify existing content models within AEM
-Create and maintain API endpoints and clean content integration within the CM
-Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders (content, digital and video)
-Write detailed user stories in JIRA and support Agile processes
-Collaborate with development team to implement and integrate CMS updates and features
-Ensure clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project status and progress
NICE TO HAVE:
-Experience using Postman, Media Valet, Illustrator and Photoshop
-Travel, tourism and/or hospitality background a plus
