Principal Product Designer
Our notable client is hiring a Principal Product Designer to join their growing team, full-time. This will be fully remote, or hybrid in the Denver area, and you can be based anywhere in the U.S. to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Transform business needs, research, data, and other user insights into innovative concepts that solve user needs.
- Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements from concept, interaction design, and development.
- Craft and direct the creation of core deliverables and artifacts (sitemaps, audits, process flows, design systems, high-fidelity mockups, etc.).
- Work with project management to create digital experiences on time and on budget.
- Identify and lead in building out design standards and patterns, style guides, and frameworks for our design systems.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to grow the team of well-balanced product designers across various skill sets.
