- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 3 years related experience (property management/real estate )
- Proficient Excel skills
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
