Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable Senior Accountant to join our team. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Controller and assume primary responsibility for driving effective P&L processes and monitor results through strategically driven decision making. This is a Full-time/ on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Work across functions with Finance, Sales, Operations to make recommendations as needed.
- Act as project manager for financial audits and annual tax filings, coordinating tasks internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5 years of finance and accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing and/or consumer packaged goods industry. Experience with major retailers and distributors is a plus.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
