Refractory Lead

We are seeking a talented Refractory Lead for a major Steel Manufacturer in AZ. This person will be responsible for coordinating refractory activities across all aspects of our client’s operation. You will also be working with other melt shop processes with an emphasis on communication, cost reduction, and reliability of refractory components; bricking EAF, ladles, tundish, and all other ancillary refractory components.
Our ideal candidate will have:
· Experience working in a Melt Shop
· Prior team member training and development experience
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule, unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
· Technical knowledge and experience working with refractory components.
· Experience working with suppliers and maintaining inventory.
