We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager with GAAP accounting experience and audit experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, expense report processing, and the filing of local tax returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliations monthly and review credit card reconciliations monthly.
- Prepare payroll and associated 401K contributions for corporate.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
- Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain A/R and billing
- Prepare a monthly actual vs budget financial reporting package for capital and expense, including variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of five (5) years accounting experience including month-end close.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base.
- Audit experience is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
