Pikemann is searching for a Test Technician-Electronic to join our Team in Beaverton, OR.
As a Test Technician-Electronic, you must conduct the installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and optical-electrical-mechanical assemblies that need the use of circuit analysis techniques, measurement methods, alignment techniques, and documented procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate instruments using fixtures, test equipment, and documented procedures to manufacture specifications.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues that arise throughout the test and calibration phases of an instrument's construction.
- Communicate well with Engineering, Assembly, and Materials Planning to resolve technical issues on time.
- Assist in the examination of engineering components, circuits, prototypes, first items, quality specifications, and revisions.
Qualifications:
- BSEE degree or ASEE or Certificate from a Technical Training Institute is preferred, as is two years of experience dealing with electronics technology, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic test and measurement equipment, or military equivalent.
- Ability to work on advanced equipment with little supervision. Excellent work ethic.
- Electronics, electromechanical, and optical measurement troubleshooting ability
- Capability to communicate technological issues.
Salary : $53,800 - $68,200
