- Lead and manage all full-cycle accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, reporting, and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze multinational currency exchange impacts on financial performance and ensure accurate consolidation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, promoting a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong experience with multinational currency exchange and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
