What You'll Do
- Support the month-end close process, completed within 6 business days
- Prepare and process daily reconciliations, journal entries, and corporate credit card coding
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Chrome River, and BlackLine
- Use Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and subtotals) for reconciliation and data management
- Coordinate with a cross-functional team and report directly to the VP of Finance
- 5–10 reconciliations per month (ranging from 5 to 5,000 lines)
- 3–5 journal entries daily
- High volume of transactional data
- Banking system: Wells Fargo
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with large volumes of financial data
- Solid foundation in accounting principles and general ledger processes
- Self-starter who’s comfortable solving problems independently but knows when to ask for help
- Flexible remote or hybrid work options
