Overview of the Accounts Payable role:
- Enter and process invoices, verify invoice approvals
- Reconcile general ledger accounts at month-end
- Investigate discrepancies, communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of all processed invoices
- Perform weekly check runs
- Act as back-up to Accounts Receivable
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, OR 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High level of organization and strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry and communication skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude!
